  Can I request for a site to be deleted that is not mine, but I have observed that it has been inactive since 2011. I would like to have the sitename themamashop.wordpress.com

  Can anyone help me?

  Ask all you want – the site will not be deleted – and if the site was deleted the address would be gone and could not be used anyway

  Contact the blog owner and see if they will transfer the blog to you – you are on your own for how to contact the blog owner
