Request for Subscription Cancellation and Refund Assistance

    Hi Support Team,

    I subscribed to the annual plan and followed the instructions to cancel it within the 7-day period. I also applied for a refund. However, I’m not sure why, but when I logged in again, my account still shows as subscribed.

    Since the 7-day window has now passed, I can no longer apply for a refund on my own. Could you please help me with the cancellation and refund process?

    I just checked your account and noticed that you’ve already canceled the most recent renewal. We have already issued a refund, though your bank or card issuer may take 7-10 business days to process it.

    By the way, you have a domain registered on your account. How would you like to use this domain going forward?

    So many of us on this forum are being ignored after we paid for domains, reactivations, or hosting we have not received.
