  We are a shipping aggregator company currently exploring potential partnerships and integrations. As part of our evaluation process, we would like to request access to a test account with preferential or reduced rates, if available.

  WordPress.com doesn’t offer test account. You can subscribe to the monthly Business Plan and everything is good, you can switch to the yearly Business Plan.
