  I am having the same issue, I can’t contact anyone at WordPress no matter how hard I try. I am trying to restore our website and the instructions within the Help section serve no help, I have more questions about it but there is no chat available. I kindly ask for immediate help if possible, this has crushed our online sales and we can’t afford to lose any more sales. The store is superiorflavors.wordpress.com. My entire theme of the store and the WooCommerce connection has fallen off.

  Our website was recently taken down due to an oversight in updating our payment details within the required timeframe. We understand the importance of maintaining our website and ensuring timely payments, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  I can’t get anyone on chat.

  We would love help resolving this situation. Thank you.

  It looks like there’s a critical error on the site now, so I’m going to investigate that, then I’ll look to restore the site. Do you have a specific date when the site was last working? We can use that restore date to get everything back in place.
