  Hi, I have anchor links in my posts but in default the link text changed in green color, Please guide me how can i change the color of links?

  In that guide, you will see that color options are accessed through Customize, which you may already know: https://wordpress.com/customize/

  Once there you click on Colors & Backgrounds. Within that setting you have three palette options to choose from which set the background color as well as the link color. https://d.pr/i/lUHfxn

  These color options you see there are the set color options within the Free plan on WordPress.com.
