We just moved our blog installation from “pelvicpainrehab.com/blog” to “www.pelvicpainrehab.com”. Can you please migrate all of of our followers from jetpack to the new installation? It’s currently showing 0, we had over 300.

Can someone point me in the right direction if this is not the correct place to post this? It is a self-hosting wordpress installation, but jetpack is what manages the subscribers, which is wordpress.com. Right?
