  id like to be refund back the money this company website has had out my bank account as i had not used this app i just downloaded it to see what it was all about and i never subscribed to conyinuouse payments for the app when i mever used anything on this company website

  Please share the site URL so can assist you further. Also please make sure your site is hosted on WordPress.com and not on WordPress.org.

  The account you’re using to post here was created only minutes before you posted this thread. You have never bought any upgrades from us, and we don’t have your credit card info which means it’s completely impossible that we could have charged you.

  If you received a charge for WordPress.com on your credit card, it’s for upgrades that belong to a completely different account.

  If you’re not sure what account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

  Referring someone to the WordPress.org forums is completely unhelpful in this case, as that forums can only help with issues related to the WordPress software. Even if the OP is asking about payments on a site hosted somewhere else, they’ll need to contact their hosting provider in that case, not the WordPress.org forums.
