Request of Username and Password on My Blog that I didn't implement!?
-
When I am loading my blog, I am getting a popup message saying:
A username and password are being requested by http://spawnkill.com. The site says: “spawnkill”
A Username and pass are then requested. Cancelling has no adverse effects.
I have not implemented this feature on this blog but it is still appearing. I have checked around my dashboard and I have confirmed its not mine. It only started appearing after I published an article recently after a long break. This is annoying.
What is this and how can I possibly remove this?
Thanks,

You have a ton of hot linked images on your blog – remove the hotlinks to spawnkiller and it should get better – note that not everyone like you to hot link to their images as you are stealing their bandwidth – also be careful of copyright violations – just because you see it on the internet does not give you permission to copy it – you need to have the permission of the owner of the image to use it – depends on the terms of use for the image what you can legally use the image for or if you can even use it at all

Thanks for the reply. Found the picture in question and saw that the picture was missing. Hadn’t noticed it before. I will remove it and replace it with an uploaded picture. Thank you for the advice, I will be removing the hot links and replace it with pictures for which I have permission to. Pictures used for promotional purposes are alright to copy? I mean game covers or promotional game screenshots. I am a bit new to this and I do know a bit about permissions but not extensively.
