Request Password not helping – Can't access admin account
-
I have a wordpress.com account paid for in January. However, the request password form is texting the “Retrieve Password” code to an old cell phone I no longer have. I am not getting any reset emails at my primary email, either.
The secondary method for retrieving a password asks for info that was lost when my last computer died (original receipt info, authentication key/link). The form’s automated & won’t accept other private info I have proving I’m the original owner. Any ideas?

I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

Sorry – it’s http://writefromhomemom.com, which redirects to http://writefromhomemom.com/Blog/welcome/

The username on that account is NOT colleenw – I couldn’t sign in with that account due to password issues.
