Request Refund

I signed up for a wordpress.com premium account today, but would like to cancel it immediately and have the money refunded to my account. Your site lists no contact information, phone number or e-mail, and provides no way to complete this process online. This is very frustrating, and honestly comes off as sketchy business practice. How do I request a refund? It shouldn’t be this hard.
