Hi. I was charged $99, but there is no record of this charge anywhere in my dashboard. I would like to cancel any subscriptions I may have and get a refund on the $99. Thank you for your help.

I am not seeing any upgrades as being listed on the account that you are posting from. Could you have a second WordPress.com account? Was there any indication of what WordPress.com site the $99 charge was for?

Hi, thank you for your reply. That is precisely what concerns me, the fact that I don’t see any upgrades when I look in my dashboard. I do not have any other accounts. I will most likely contact my bank and ask them to dispute the charge.

Log out of your miljanmarkus account and clear your browser cache and cookies. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies Then login in under the other username account. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/mypurplecrayons/wp-admin/ and go to > Dashboard > Store > Billing History
