Hi, I requested a refund last week. Is this approved? I’d like this domain to be deleted in order to rebuy on another platform. Please delete the entire account and site after a refund is issued on this account.

I checked your account and yes, the refund was processed successfully on 10/15. You should see a receipt for the refund in your billing history:

It can take 7-10 days for the refund to post to your bank statement. Please let us know if you have any questions.
