Hey there,
As long as you are within 30 days from the purchase, you can request a refund. Please login with the same username that purchased the upgrade and go to Dashboard>Store>My Upgrades. Please take a look:How can I get a refund?
We will refund any upgrade within the first 30 days after purchase, with the exception of domain registrations. Domain registrations can be refunded within the first 48 hours after purchase.
If you are within the cancellation period, you can request a cancellation and refund from Store→My Upgrades. Otherwise, please contact support.
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement.
Please know that it might take 1-2 weeks to process your refund.
