  Hello! You may be able to request a refund on your Purchases page.

  Also – if you paid for a WordPress.com plan, you get access tolive chat support, which would be your best place to get help from staff.

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites, and has never bought any upgrades from us. What is the domain for which you’d like to get a refund?

  
  @neverbenn, if a forum thread contains the tag, wpcomhelp, it means it was created via the same contact form that goes to live chat, and that the person posting the thread does not have access to live chat. So referring them there will just end up in them creating another thread in the forums.
