Request Refund

    I am trying to request a refund for this account. I found out it was the wrong WordPress account that I needed, so the purchases made were not utilized to build the site that it was purchased for. Is it possible for me to receive a refund of the monies paid for this account? Any information would help since this is the only contact avenue :) Thank you!

    Hi there,

    Your two purchases on 30 April were already refunded on 1 May when you cancelled those upgrades. You should have received receipts for those transactions via email, that contain the transaction IDs from our payment processor. You can also view those receipts at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
