Request Refund

Hi, i want to request for a refund and cancel an annual subscriptions. I just got charge on 7 August and i know that wordpress provided 14 days refund policies. But i can’t seems to be able to get the refund options for my subscriptions and also i can’t see any way for me to terminate the subscription. Please see screenshots of my purchases history:

Hey there, it looks like you have another account, since I don’t see upgrades on this one either. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets comment notifications and renewal reminders and what not.

i don’t have another account. I received the subscription renewal under my email (email visible only to moderators and staff). please see the screenshot below:

Many thanks for providing a screenshot there – it looks like this is a purchase made on WooCommerce.
You would need to sign into the WooCommerce account here: https://woocommerce.com/ > sign in > My account > to process a refund.
