request refund

    Hi I need to no where you upgrade WordPress , I need to be able to write Campaigns for CPC cost per click offers. I need WordPress Permalinks so i can use plugin to install Click Jacker. If you can’t up grade what I brought, then I would like a refund. I was told that I could do campaign offer on WordPress . I would like to keep WordPress . If can’t help then I would like a refund. I don’t write blogs.
