request refund: billed for non-existing domain
-
Goodmorning from the Netherlands,
I got billed on 10th of April by PAypal for the domainname livingbeyondfear.me. I used to own this domainname and site, but I cancelled it long ago and cannot access it any longer. Still I was billed for domain registration and domain mapping $25,00 USD.
I would like a staff member to check what’s up and notify me what happened. Could you please assist me here :)?
Thanks in advance,
Jeroen

Hi Jeroen!
The WordPress.com account you’re writing from is different to the one that livingbeyondfear.me was registered under. For security reasons, and due to how tricky domains can be to get once cancelled, I’ll need confirmation from the email address we have on file for the correct account in order to refund you. I’ve sent an email to the correct address. Would you be able to reply from there? Thanks!

Hi Siohyb,
Thanks for you reply.
I checked with (email visible only to moderators and staff), which I thought was the account that I registered this domain under, but there is no e-mail there. Is this the right e-mail address? I have been playing around with 5 different e-mailaddresses over the past years and haven’t written down which belonged to this subscription. Could you give me the e-mailaddress, then I can check the right one. I don’t use them anymore. Sorry for the hussle, wasn’t really focussed and organized those days :), times are changing though,
Jeroen

Hi Jeroen.
I’m afraid that I’m unable to share the email address with you, for security reasons. If you can’t remember your account details then you can fill out our recovery form here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Once you’ve filled in that form, we’ll carry on to help you regain access to your account.
Thanks!
