  How do I request refund and cancel services? Is this forum the only way to get service support? Surely there is a more private option?!

  Hi there, you can cancel any WordPress.com plan with 30 days of purchase and new domain registrations within 96 hours of purchase by going to your Manage Purchases dashboard and cancelling both directly from there. You do need to be signed in with the account that made the purchases if it isn’t this one.
