    hi, usd 66 was billed to my credit card on 17th september 2021 which consist of 48usd + 18 usd (domain registration). However the purchase date for domain registration was supposed to be on 17th october but being billed on 17th sept
    . since i already deleted my domain,is it possible for me to get refund of 18usd back? thanks

    By default, WordPress.com plans, domains, and other subscriptions are set to automatically renew to ensure there’s no disruption in your services, loss of features, or loss of your custom domain name. Automatic renewal ensures that everything is taken care of in advance and allows time to resolve any issues with payment.

    Automatic renewal occurs 30 days before the expiration date for yearly plans, and on the expiration date for monthly plans. Your subscription is extended from the original expiration date, so you do not lose any time you paid for by renewing 30 days in advance. This is why your plan and domain renewed on September 17.

    Since you no longer want the domain, I went ahead and refunded the domain registration charge for you since it was within 96 hours of the charge. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
