Request Refund for Upgrade

I purchased the $99 bundle, but I need to cancel within my trial period as described.
I have already deleted the blog, so the Dashboard is no longer available to request a refund from.
I am canceling because I am unable to Install a custom theme of my choosing and there was no indication of this when I purchased the option.

Also it is frustrating that i cannot contact you directly. There is no 800 number. There is no direct contact. Instead I must post on a bulletin board for all the world to see. Not only that, I spent an hour trying to find the exact place to make the request.
I would like my hour back 8^).
