    I paid for the personal plan, but misunderstood what was allowed on WordPress.

    My site is marked mature, but I did not see where depictions of sex are not allowed, so my blog will be suspended pretty quickly after my Tumblr import is complete. I request a refund of the fee I paid to WordPress for the personal plan, and to deactivate or erase my site.

    Hi there,

    I completely understand. You should still be able to cancel and refund your plan yourself form the Purchases page, here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    Note that if you cancel your domain it will be a few days before you’re able to register it somewhere else, as it’s not released immediately.

    You can also choose to keep the domain and then we can help you point it to another service until it becomes eligible for transfer after 60 days. If you choose this option you won’t be able to delete your site, but we can empty it of all content for you so it’s essentially a new site again.

    If you do decide to cancel everything, you can delete your site from the bottom of the page at My Site ->Settings once your upgrades have been cancelled.
