Request ti downgrade

Last week, I spent several hours deleting blog posts and images contained in them in my effort to have my WordPress account DOWNGRADED to the free version. This was done via a so-called ‘happiness engineer’ using a live chat — which seems to have vanished entirely.
Several hours after I finished the culling of material from my site, I was informed ((via Live Chat, which may have been a bot) that it had been downgraded. So imagine my astonishment when I checked this morning and found that all 300 blogposts were still there — after I had left only the six or eight most recent ones when I thought I was done last week.
Imagine my further astonishment when I checked my bank account this morning and discovered that a total of £294.28 had been paid from my account to WORDPRESS when that was expressly what I wanted to avoid when I worked for several hours last week at the computer and with the ‘happiness engineer’.
I am a VERY UNHAPPY BUNNY at the moment because I do not need all the material that is stored.
I do not wish to be on the business plan any longer and I’m requesting an immediate refund! BUT HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT?
