: Request to delete old WordPress website

  I’m contacting you on behalf of my mother, Zerrin Aygören, who runs a small mobile foot care business.

  She previously created a WordPress website under the address https://zerrinfusspflege.wordpress.com/, but she no longer has access to the Gmail account used to create it (it was hacked).

  The website is outdated, and we would like to have it permanently deleted.

  Details:

  – Business name: Mobile Fußpflege Zerrin

  – Owner: Zerrin Aygören

  – Contact person: Beste Izci (daughter)

  – Contact email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  We can provide proof of ownership if needed (e.g., business certificate).

  Could you please help us remove this website or forward this request to a moderator who can handle it?

  Hi,

  thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the link you provided doesn’t lead to a real contact form — it only opens the general help page.

  I’ve already tried several times, but it keeps looping back to the same page and asks for a paid plan if I want to speak to human support.

  This is quite frustrating, because we simply need to delete an outdated website and verify ownership. It shouldn’t be this complicated for such a basic request.

  Could you please send me the direct and working link to the correct contact form or forward this case internally to someone from the WordPress.com staff who can assist us directly?
