Request to delete premium billing

I’m looking everywhere for a chance to delete the billing for my premium account.
When I get the ‘my upgrades’ page, the modal doesn’t show anything when I click cancel my account.
Ultimately, I want to make sure I won’t be billed $99 and my account will permanently be deleted.

I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.
Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade? That’s required.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
To disable autorenew go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Please note the wordpress site has been deleted and the URL redirect is pointing to the new non WP website.It’s the account and billing that needs to be deleted.
Yes, I am logged in under the account that purchased the upgrade.
I’m not requesting a refund for the first billing of $99, just requesting the account for premium to be deleted so we’re not charged for the renewal. -

Your WordPress.com premium bundle was not set to renew and you would not have been charged, but to ensure that you did not worry about it I went ahead and removed the bundle from your account.
