Request to delete site has not been reflected

    In the past week, I have requested to delete the site through Tools. However, WordPress hasn’t deleted it. Is this because all WP engineers are taking a break? Poor business practice, will not encourage me to use or recommend your service. Plenty of competitors out there guys…

    We haven’t received any support requests to delete your site. Also, deleting your site needs no input from staff in most cases, it’s an automated process.

    I’ve had a look at swannanoavalleyfriends.wordpress.com and you having trouble deleting the site because there are active upgrades. Your custom domain and site redirect will need to be removed before the site can be deleted. These steps will guide you through the process of removing them:
