  Hi there,

  I see your site used to be on our Business Plan where you had plugins or a custom theme installed.

  Before you can delete that site, we’ll first need to properly downgrade it back to the free plan. This will remove all plugins and third party themes you still have installed, and there is also a risk that any content you added since you first installed plugins may be lost during this process.

  Even if you plan to delete the site, please confirm that you understand this if you want us to proceed with this process.

  Thanks Kokkieh for the reply.

  Please proceed with the deletion and anything that is required in order to completely delete the site including (not limited to) to any downgrade of plans of may require.

  The.business is sold and the site and data is of no use to us, so we are OK with any data loss in the process.

  Thanks for confirming. I’ve downgraded the site to the free plan, so you should now be able to completely delete it from Settings ->General if you prefer.
