Request to disable 2FA so I can recover my other account.

Greetings, the account I would like help with is my primary email “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” . I would send this as an email, however I was unable to find a support email address for WordPress. I also had no avail with the recovery page. My old phone was stolen and I had my phone number changed without thinking first. I was also an idiot who didn’t save the recovery keys. So today I am here with the hopes that I can still recover my account, or have it deleted so I can re-create it. Kind regards, Harley Ganiere

Hi @harleyganiere , please reach out using our secure account recovery form. You’ll get a message saying you can recover access by email. Ignore that and submit the form again anyway. The account recovery team will take a look at your case. Thanks!

I have attempted in the past to use the recovery form, and trying it now provided no use. I was wondering if this matter could be handled over email in a similar manner that others I have seen posting the same requests. As I do not meet any of the criteria for the recovery form to work in my situation.
