Request to get the Chatroll shortcode for my blog

  As noted by Chatroll, I am supposed to be “able” to request a shortcode, if possible to add it for my blog, Crashy News: http://crashynews.wordpress.com in order to communicate more efficiently with my readers.
  Is this possible? Am I able to have my request fulfilled?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Really? I never heard of this working at WordPress.com. I think they’re telling you to ask staff to actually CREATE from scratch a shortcode for this clearly non-approved chat function. They won’t.

  Where were you told all you need to do is ask for short code and it would appear like magic?
