Request to Merge Jetpack Stats

  Hi staff,

  I would like to request your help to merge my stats and followers from my two sites ‘zakociani.com’ to the active one after migration to another server and to delete the inactive one after migration.

  We can help with the stats but we would need to know the exact addressed of both sites.

  Hi fresatomica,

  It’s bit complicated but I hope you can help me.

  Background
  The problem with my stats is that I had two sites zakociani.pl and zakociani.com with different stats. The first domain was active in 2017 and I lost it because of hostile takeover. So I have installed a site with *.com suffix and it was active in 2017-2020. Because of technical problems with my server provider I had to move to new one.

  I have duplicated (with Duplicator) the zakociani.com site and moved it to a new server and attached to it the fortunatelly regained, zakociani.pl domain. Jetpack have downloaded the 2017 stats, I have made some test, after the adjustemnts I have moved the domain *.com to he new server and changed it to be the main domain in the WP settings.

  Unfortunatelly I on the new location jetpack shows the old zakociani.pl stats and the stats from 2017-2020 for zakociani.com have vanished.

  Can you help me to regaind my old stats, and merge them to be on the zakociani.com site?

  Dear darnelldibbles,
  Thanks for reacting. Unfortunatelly I have only the 2017 (zakociani.pl) stats… if you will encounter the same problem, can you please just bring back the 2017-2020 stats (zakociani.com) without merging, it is critical for my project. One more thing, can you also remove the duplicated zakociani.com site or should I do it myself?
