I am writing to request your assistance in reactivating my One Year Plan Subscription. I had purchased the subscription a few months ago but unfortunately did not use it for more than 20 days before becoming inactive.
Now, I am interested in coming back and resuming my subscription. Can you please help me reactivate my account? Additionally, I was wondering if there are any coupon codes or discounts available for customers in my situation?

Hi there, I can confirm that on June 16th 2022 you purchased our eCommerce plan. You can see a receipt for your purchase here: View receipt
However, you appear to have canceled the upgrade just a few days later on June 22nd 2022 and received a full refund. You can confirm here: View receipt
Because you received a full refund for your initial purchase we are not able to reinstate the upgrade. Instead you will need to purchase a new upgrade, and I can confirm that you have purchased the eCommerce plan again and I can see it is active under your account here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
