Request to Recover Account and Change Email Address

  Hello WordPress.com Support Team,

  I would like to request assistance with recovering my WordPress.com account and changing the registered email address.
  
  1. Old Email Address (No Longer Accessible)

  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  This email was provided by a mobile phone plan under Chunghwa Telecom (Taiwan).
  However, after my father passed away, the telecom company forced the cancellation of the mobile number and all related services, including the msa.hinet.net email address.

  Therefore, I no longer have access to this mailbox and cannot receive any password reset emails sent to it.
  
  
  2. Current Email Address

  I would like to update my WordPress.com account to use this email address.

  4. Problem Description

  I cannot access my original account because password reset emails are still being sent to the old msa.hinet.net address, which has been terminated by the telecom company.
  Since I cannot receive any email from the old mailbox, I need help updating my account email address so I can regain access to my site.
