  Hello,

  We’ve lost access to the WordPress account previously managed by a former employee who is no longer with our organization. Unfortunately, that account was the primary owner and is currently the one associated with billing, storage, and site access.

  WordPress.com never gives someone access to another account just on de mand. You have to proof one way or another you.

  As you have a paid plan, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that site – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership
