Request to Reinstate Cancelled Domain
-
Hello! I would like to ask if a WordPress representative would be able to reinstate a cancelled domain (recently cancelled, about half an hour ago). We mistakenly made the cancellation thinking we could then immediately purchase the domain through another web hosting company. Our intent now is to reinstate the domain and then eventually transfer the domain over. Would anyone be able to help us with this request? Thank you.

What is the domain URL?
When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.
How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Then we subscribe to this thread so we are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

The domain URL we would like reinstated is “careerstrong.co”
Currently, we are using the free domain “careerstrongco.wordpress.com”
Thank you for helping us set up this thread for a moderator / staff response. Is there any other actions I should take, or do I need to wait for a representative to reply?

Would you happen to know the common hours they respond? Are they available through the weekend?

I have reached out to our registrar to see if the cancellation can be reversed. I will let you know if I am successful. It typically takes 12-48 hours to hear back from them.
