Request to Remove Inaccessible Site from WordPress.com Dashboard
-
Hi,
I’m writing to request the removal of a site that still appears in my WordPress.com dashboard, even though it no longer exists as a WordPress site.
The site was originally hosted on a DigitalOcean droplet using WordPress and connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack. The domain was:
laniecarmelo.tech
The DigitalOcean droplet has since been deleted, and the domain is now pointed to a GitHub Pages site. I no longer have access to the original WordPress installation or its wp-admin dashboard, so I’m unable to disconnect Jetpack or remove the site from my WordPress.com account myself.
I currently host another active site that uses Jetpack, so I can’t revoke Jetpack access globally without affecting that project.
Could you please remove the laniecarmelo.tech site from my WordPress.com account or advise me on how to do so without impacting my other Jetpack-connected site?
Thank you very much for your help!
Best regards,

Hi @rarebird15,
Since the site listed above no longer exists, you can follow the recommended steps to disconnect Jetpack from sites that are no longer accessible here:
https://jetpack.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/
I recommend trying the steps a few times. If you’re still unable to remove the site from the Jetpack connection, please let us know and we’ll take a closer look.
