Request to renewal my Site Redirect

Hi WordPress support,
I’ve been getting emails from WordPress, requesting me to renewal my subscription for my website http://www.juliagandolfi.com. The email states that you were attempting to renew my Site Redirect upgrade for juliagandolfi.wordpress.com and that I need to change my payment information to continue running my website. It’s not clear to me what I need to do exactly. When I click on the links in the emails I can’t change anything, there’s no subscription to renewal and I don’t see where I can change my payment information. Please, could you explain to me how this influences my website and how to properly fix this problem?

I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to renew.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

Account recovery form – https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recoveryFinally, even if you do not have access to the correct account, if you have your payment information you can use our “Why was I charged?” tool. It was built for situations such as this:
