  Dear Customer Support,

  I want to delete the content of my website and start over if possible.

  If I clear the site, all content, even images and comments, will be gone. We won’t be able to get it back. Can you confirm whether you’d like us to go ahead and empty the site anyway?

  And, do you want sample content added, or not so much?

  Lastly, so we’re sure we’re both talking about the same site, will you send a link?
