Request to Restore Access to Purchased Full Frame Theme

  Dear Support Team,

  Some time ago, I purchased the Full Frame theme from your platform for 300 PLN (https://wordpress.com/theme/full-frame/).

  To my surprise, the theme has been removed and I no longer have access to it. However, my account still shows the message: “Renews – Never expires.”

  Therefore, I kindly ask the Administration to restore full access to the complete and fully functional version of the Full Frame theme that I paid for.

  If, for any reason, you no longer have this theme available on your end, I would be happy to send you a copy, as I still have it saved on my computer.
