Request to Revert WordPress URL to blog.rm11

  Dear WordPress Support Team,

  I recently changed the WordPress URL in the Settings > General section from blog.rm11.com to rm11.com. After making this change, our original blog pages (for example, https://blog.rm11.com/podcast/
  ) stopped working and now redirect to https://rm11.com/podcast/
  , which shows a 404 error.

  We attempted to revert the change ourselves by going back to the settings page. However, the General Settings link (https://wordpress.com/settings/general/blog.rm11.com
  ) redirects to https://rm11.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.rm11.com%2Fwp-admin%2Foptions-general.php&reauth=1
  , which also results in a 404 error.

  Because of this, we are unable to access the WordPress dashboard to restore the original URL. Could you please help us revert the WordPress URL back to:

  blog.rm11.com

  This is quite urgent as our site is currently inaccessible. Thank you very much for your assistance.

  Hi Carrie,

  The sites https://blog.rm11.com/ and https://rm11.com/ are presently both visible and seem to be functioning normally. Have the issues described above been resolved?
