request to support Myanmar(Burmese) in wp.com

    I’ve posted this since 3 years ago.
    Still no support for Burmese in wp.com. Why and what is taking to long to support it?
    In the past, we have arguments about encoding different between Burmese fonts. But now I’ve changed all translation to unicode standard complaint encoding which will support in all major OS and including google web fonts.
    Please I request again to add supporting Burmese in wp.com.

    I am sorry but I do not have an answer expect knowing that translation is a Volunteer effort and anyone can volunteer. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up and response. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    Hi there,

    Our team hasn’t yet been able to launch Burmese on WordPress.com, and we don’t have a set timeline for addressing this issue. However, I just reported the issue again to our team. Thanks for bringing this up!
