    To optimise my expenses, I would like to switch to the Personal Plan with the current three-year offer at 12% off, while retaining my domain. If possible, could you guide me on the best way to:

    1. Cancel my current plan before renewal without disrupting my website’s service.

    To switch to the Personal Plan at the discounted rate without service interruption, start by canceling your current plan close to its renewal date. WordPress.com should allow you to cancel and immediately repurchase the Personal Plan, applying the 12% discount on the three-year offer. This way, your site will stay live, and your domain will remain connected.

    Hi there!

    I’ve replace the current hosting plan with the three year Personal plan. When the plan renews it will be for the three year plan. The domain is a separate subscription. It will remain connected to your site, but it is billed separately. You can view your current subscriptions at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
