Request to transfer my followers to my self-hosted blog

  Hi,
  I moved my blog to self-hosted account a couple of days ago. I have all the data, but I don’t see my stats and my followers. Could you please help me to transfer my followers and my stats to my new blog? I have installed Jetpack already.
  I had also a couple of comments on posts after I exported my data. Is it possible to include them in my new blog too?

  Hi,
  Thanks for your support! I have a problem with moving my followers.
  I followed the instructions, but when I click manage button I get this answer: Unable to load manage page for this blog.
  Can you help me please?

  Sorry about that! I’ve gone ahead and initiated the subscriber migration to your new site. It should be completed shortly.

  Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.
