Request to transfer Subscribers from WP.com site to WP.org

  I read on other threads that I could request the WordPress.com staff to transfer my WordPress.com subscribers over to my new self-hosted WordPress.org site via Jetpack.

  WP.com: http://islandergirl.wordpress.com
  WP.org: http://www.theislandergirl.com

  Is it possible to have the subscribers on both sites? Because I’m hoping to have the WP.org site for travel and book posts and the WP.com for everything else.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just wondering: is there a way to have the subscribers on both WP.org and WP.com? I’m hoping to keep the WP.com for more random posts.
