Requested a refund last year. But still charged again this year for an unused domain.

    I am seeking a refund for an account that I do not use. I informed the person I interacted with last year when asking for a refund from another site not being used last year that everything was taken care of. I find that I was still charged a renewal for one of the sites. I went in to remove the domain that I thought was removed. Who can I contact for it to be refunded? Thank you in advance.

    I checked your account and see a refund for $18 processed. Check your Billing History for a refund receipt: https://wordpress.com/me/billing/

    Refunds are processed right away by WordPress.com. It can take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days for your bank to add the funds back into your account.

    I see no other upgrades on your account to be billed for any longer.
