    Hi there,

I’ve gone ahead and pulled the EPP code directly from the interface for your domain. I’m emailing it to your email address on file separately, so keep an eye out for it.

If this doesn’t work out, please let me know here and I’ll get a hold of our registrar partners to see if there’s anything else we can do!

    Hi there,
I am sorry to report, that my new provider still has issues with the AuthInfo Code you supplied me with in the email. Is it possible to generate a new code, I really need to get going. My provider is a big and popular german provider, Alfahosting.
    Thanks for the help!

    Heya,

I’ve requested that a new Auth code be generated by our registrar partners, Wild West Domains. Absolutely as soon as they get back to us I will get that over to you (if they don’t send it to you themselves!). Unfortunately I have no idea how long this process takes, but rest assured as soon as it is done I’ll let you know!

    Hi there,

We’ve heard back from our registrar partners and they have re-generated the authorization code and further confirmed with the domain name registry that it works. I am told that it begins with a ‘C’ and ends with a ‘3’ and you should be able to request it from within your domain name interface once again (you may need to change your password as instructed in the help article which I’m including below):

Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

Let me know if there are any further issues!

    Hi again,
I have received the new code beginning with a “C”, ending with a “3”, but it still has plenty of special characters in it (^),’&). Could I get a normal code that is compatible with european registrars, please. My code looks like this (diff. characters/numbers): [redacted].
This obviously doesn’t work. Is it possible to get a code with just letters and numbers?
    Thanks,
    p.

Yes, it would indeed have special characters in it. Your registrar should not have any issues accepting this transfer code as the system has been specifically designed to be interoperable with all registrars.
