  hello.

  I have recently requested a refund for WordPress.com Business on https://dcs2ltd.wordpress.com.

  I had received the confirmation email for the fund on: 4 Jun 2020, 10:34

  it is now 20 days after and we are yet to receive our refund, if you could look into this on my behalf that would be great.

  The refund was sent on the same day as the purchase, so your credit card provider may have processed it as a reversal, meaning that the original charge may have simply been removed from your statement.

  Would you please check for that?
