Requested refund but got charged again

Hello,
I got charged for the automatic renewal of my WordPress plan on Feb 18, 2022 which I requested a refund through my bank. The money was refunded a couple of days later, but for some reason I got charged for the same renewal I refunded on Mar 3, 2022 again..
Since then, I haven’t been able to refund the money spent on the automatic renewal for the second time this year. I do not plan to use this website anymore since we’ve closed down the business.
Please provide some information on why this happened, and what are my next steps in recovering the money lost to this “accidental” purchase.
