Requested Refund of the $99 worpress.com premium no received

  I am not receiving e-mail confirmation when I cancel upgrade- this is within the 48 hour window, as I just signed up for this yesterday, and when I click on the Cancel and Refund option, I am not getting a confirmation e-mail to finish the process. I would like a complete refund of the $99 (cancel bundle and domain).

  I should mention I have already checked my spam folder as well for the confirmation e-mail. I would like a complete refund asap. Thanks

  Hi there – I can confirm it’s been canceled and refunded. You should see the refund on your statement in about a week. :)
