Requesting a refund

I have no active subscription but have been charged £36 on 16 September 2018 and also £36 on October 16 2017.
How can I get a refund for these incorrect charges?

I don’t see any charges on the account you’re using to post here, and we don’t even have a valid credit card on file for you that we could charge.
Do you have any other WordPress.com accounts, or know of any other sites where you or someone else might have purchased a plan using your credit card?

The charge came through on PayPal. Can I use https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to ask you to investigate a PayPal transaction or do you have an equivalent page I can use for that?

Thanks for the link. I’ve now been able to use that page to identify what the charge relates to. Is it possible to get that charge refunded?
