The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any sites or purchased any upgrades, which suggests you have more than one WordPress.com account. What is the address of the site you would like a refund for? Please don’t share any transactions IDs or card details here, just a site address.
It would be great if you could try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. That should mean you are logged in to the account that owns the upgrades — you should then see an option to cancel them from the Manage Purchases page in that account.
